This was a custom built 3,500+ sqft home plus a 1,750+ sqft detached ADU inside San Diego County.

Customer wanted to build an ADU in their front yard for their son to live in. Estimated for a one year completion but Tim was able to get through the permitting very quickly. Ended up finishing this one in under six months.
